The Amber Ale Craft Beer from Mandril is a beer style born as a variation of the American Ale, at the end of the 20th Century. This beer has a coppery brown colour with malt and caramel flavour. It has a medium body.

It presents a perfect balance between the bitterness of hops and the sweetness of malt. Citrus, floral and fruit aromas, with roasted and sweet touches.

Beer has antioxidant properties, a high content of vitamin B, folic acid and minerals such as magnesium, silicon and phosphorus, that prevent osteoporosis.

It combines with recipes with grilled cheese: sandwiches, provolone cheese… Serve cold at an optimum temperature between 8 – 12 ºC.
