Pale Ale

High fermentation lager, with a less bitter taste and more body. A type of light malt is used (pale malt) that gives the name to this variety.

There are many types of PALE ALE, but MANDRIL’S is unique. We cannot reveal our secrets, but we can say that in its elaboration we use malts such as carapils, hops such as summit and centennial and California ale yeast. With their combination we achieve the perfect balance.
