Mr. Mandril's beer is a delicious Pale Ale, it is made with Maris Otter extra pale and Carafoam malts. Its hops are a balanced combination of 'Styrian Golding' (Slovenia) and 'Yellow' from the United States.

English yeasts are in charge of the fermentation. It ferments first before being bottled, and then in the bottle again for a natural exquisite carbonation.

As it is a Premium Craft Beer, it is not filtered nor pasteurized; and so there is some sediment.

It is advised not to pour the sediment in order to not to alter this beer's fine taste.

It is also recommended to serve between 44° and 54°F.
